Additionally, we are preferred providers for most major insurance companies, and we will submit all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients. We file all insurance electronically so your insurance company will receive each claim within days of the treatment.
We are a preferred provider for Cigna, Delta Dental, Premera, Regence, and most major insurance companies.
We will fully attempt to help you maximize your insurance benefits. However, we are not responsible for how your insurance company handles its claims. You are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. Please keep us informed of any insurance changes such as address, policy name or change of employment.
